Senior Project Manager

Clayton Pearson, P.Geo., is Senior Project Manager for the Kerr-Addison Project. He is accountable for site operations, safety and contractor performance, and works closely with the project team and technical specialists to advance exploration and project activities safely and effectively. Mr. Pearson brings 17 years of mining industry experience, including leadership roles with Vale Base Metals, where he managed exploration programs for its Manitoba operations. He began his career in Val-d’Or, at the other end of the same gold-bearing structure that hosts the Kerr-Addison Project. With deep family ties to mining in northeastern Ontario, he brings both technical experience and a personal connection to the region’s mining heritage. Mr. Pearson holds a degree in Resource Geology from Université du Québec à Montréal.
