We work to minimize the impact of our activities on the environment and people while maintaining a strong commitment to the health and safety of our workers, their families, local communities and wider society.

As a responsible Canadian exploration company, Cadillac Mines has developed community engagement principles to guide our efforts and is committed to:

  • Ensuring proactive, ongoing and effective community engagement as per community interests and expectations.
  • Providing timely, complete, transparent and publicly accessible information about Cadillac Mines’ work that addresses issues, concerns and opportunities raised by communities and organizations.
  • Making project decisions based on feedback from Indigenous and stakeholder communities, as per a variety of perspectives.

Support Opportunities

Through our Community Investment program, Cadillac Mines is happy to support local organizations’ initiatives that contribute to the well-being of our host communities. These initiatives could be in the form of a project, a program, an event or support for a cause put forward by a community organization or individuals in the community.
